Bio
Ezekiel Waswa Nyongesa is part of the operational backbone of Simiyu & Partners Advocates LLP, serving as the firm’s court process server and conveyancing clerk. His is the work that keeps matters moving, ensuring documents are filed, served, and registered correctly, and that the small but critical procedural steps behind every case are completed on time.
His typical day runs between the courts and the land registries. On the litigation side he keeps cases moving, serving and filing documents and making sure no procedural step is missed. On conveyancing matters he is the firm’s hands at the registry, carrying searches, registrations, and the statutory clearances that follow through to completion.
Ezekiel knows this work from the ground up. He began his career as a process server and court clerk at Wekesa and Simiyu Advocates, then spent several years in agricultural fieldwork across Western Kenya as a field officer and enumerator working directly with farming communities on soil health, data collection, and crop programmes, before returning to legal practice with Simiyu & Partners Advocates LLP in 2025.
