From a Clear Vision, a Distinct FirmOur Story
Simiyu & Partners Advocates LLP was founded in Nairobi in 2017 by Ben Simiyu, a senior advocate of the High Court of Kenya with more than two decades of experience at the Kenyan Bar. Ben set out to build something specific: a firm where clients receive counsel from the people best qualified to give it, without the distance, delegation, and dilution that larger structures can produce.
What began as a sole practice has grown into a limited liability partnership with a team of advocates, paralegals, and support professionals. The firm has been deliberately kept to a size that allows it to maintain its focus, sustain its standards, and deploy senior attention to every matter it handles.
Today, Simiyu & Partners Advocates LLP acts for businesses, public institutions, financial institutions, and individuals across Kenya and the East African Community. Through a network of trusted affiliate firms, we also extend our reach across the African continent, offering clients a genuinely regional and continental capability from our Nairobi base.
